Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time.
Returns (Perishable Goods only)
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Damaged Products
If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at [email protected]. Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily
replace or refund the affected item/s.
Failure to report damaged/spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt of order.
REFUND POLICY
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND:
We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
REFUND CYCLE:
Complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
